AMAZING and fun experience. It was my first time riding a segway and a had the best time ever! Our tour guide Vincent was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw many many attractions and took great photos! It was the perfect time of year for a new adventure!

Do not book this tour. The description for this trip stated that it would be 2.5 hours and no more than 6 travelers. When we showed up, the trip turned out to be 1.5 hours and 12 travelers. We thought they would split the group up because there were two guides at the start, but they never did. And I was very surprised when we turned back after 1.5 hours. We also got to see very little during the trip because we had to stop and wait for a few travelers because of the size of the group. I consider this a complete bait and switch.

Liked the tour and our guide, Lucas was great. But getting started was not very organized and having those who showed up on time have to wait for latecomers was not appreciated. We had other things planned afterwards so had to cut our segway tour short by about an hour because we started an hour late. Wished we had more time to enjoy.

The tour showed all the greatest views of Downtown Chicago. I enjoyed the ease of using a Segway to travel in the city and the facts learned throughout the guided tour. Would highly recommend and gives some idea to see some landmarks after the tour as well.
