Guide spoke loudly and clearly so all in carriage could hear. Impressed with his professionalism when idiots flew by the mule and carriage in both cars and bicycles. Kept the mule calm.

Just okay, kind of uncomfortable

It's more of a cart pulled by a mule than a carriage. You will feel every pothole in the streets (and there are many). If you have back problems, be careful, especially of the back row. They also pack the cart full with people, to the point where we were left waiting awhile until it filled up and then they even went back five minutes in the tour to pick up people who were late. Overall, an okay tour. If it were $30 a person, I'd say it's worth it. At $50 each, it's just okay.
