Sadly we were not directed to the right area for lunch and waited 2 hours. Finally, as we're pulling back into the dock they direct us to the correct area...where they were cleaning up. We missed lunch and never got to walk around the boat. Very disappointed

Very disappointing. I went few years and loved it. This time the cruise was short and did not go through the locks. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed the tour information and sights. The waitstaff was excellent in serving my lunch. I was hoping for traditional jazz music though. Then I would give 5 stars.

I enjoyed the trip. Food was delicious, music, and the views. The only thing I would suggest working on is the lunch line organization, it was a bit hectic.

Okay boat ride

The lunch was delicious and the jazz trio was very good. The boat trip itself was not extraordinary in any way. It was difficult to hear the guide talking at various places on the ship. I feel that my overall expectations were not met.

Loved the band playing, but wish there were more seats inside on such a brutally hot day. Narrator was good. Enjoyed the trip.

They really pack you in on this cruise. It was alright. We did not do the lunch option. They did have snacks and drinks you could purchase. It was really hot, so the air conditioning was helpful.

We are always below Coast Guard guidelines on the number of people on our tours. Safety and comfort is important.

Loved the riverboat and all the food and music. Views were some I may not have been able to see. Easy movement throughout. It was difficult, while dining, to hear the descriptions by the Captain. Otherwise, very nice time spent.

We had a wonderful time on this cruise. We were worried that with so many people that it would feel crowded, but the boat was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The food was surprisingly delicious and the Dixieland music was a wonderful bonus. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time on the water.

The views are great. Not enough seating. The food is terrible. Company needs to usher people on and off better for safety.

We enjoyed a nice Sunday Jazz Brunch on the City Of New Orleans Steamboat. Food was decent and plentiful, service was good, and the jazz band played throughout the trip.
