Once in a lifetime tour, and well worth it

This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we will remember it forever (Chichen Itza and Selva Maya cenote). Our guide, Jesus, and our driver, Carlos, were both extremely knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to our needs with children. Jesus' knowledge of Mayan culture and history has no equal. He taught us about Mayan government; architecture; science; language; record-keeping; and sport. Our driver Carlos made no mistakes navigating all the small roads and crowded parking lots. As a traveler on this tour, you may be asked which cenote you wish to visit. If traveling with children, you may need to eat, particularly after visiting Chichen Itza. Cenote Selva Maya is your best overall pick for food & experience. P.S. the record for visitng Chichen Itza with small children now stands at 70 minutes. Good luck!!

Ulises (guide) and Alfredo (driver) picked us up on time, and we had a comfortable ride to Chichén Itzá. After a great tour from Uli, we headed to Selva Maya for a delicious lunch and fun dip in the cenote. It rained in the afternoon, but umbrellas were provided, which helped a ton while walking around for about 30 minutes in Valladolid. Overall, all three places were worth the visit, and taking a private tour saved us a lot of time, hassle, and Covid-worry.

We have already verified every detailed of what you have mentioned. - The van A/C is working correctly; however, due to the heat we have been experienced in the past days, it could take a little to properly cool a bigger van. We will work with our drivers to try to cool the van before our clients get on it. - Now, about the beers, they are included in every tour. In this case, my collaborators try to provide you with the specific beer that you like (as they did). But as you pointed out for us, this is not the correct way to provide our service, and we will correct it immediately. Our tour guide, Alberto, was knowledgeable about the sites. He really tailored the tour to our group of 8 and was so flexible with the time spent at each site. We changed the cenote we wanted to visit that day, and he was able to accommodate us. Carlos, our driver, was great too. The van was clean and we were provided drinks and snacks through out the day!

I 100% recommend this tour. Our guide was Paul and our driver was Alberto; both were absolutely lovely. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable but, more importantly, is an excellent teacher and storyteller. He clearly enjoyed teaching us about the history of the ancient Mayans and Chichen Itza and even the cenotes. It was worth it to have him to just myself and my friend so that we could ask tons of questions without taking up too much time.

We did a private tour of Chichen Itza with Filipe and our driver Angel. Filipe was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went to Salaam Cenotes and had amazing buffet there. It was a great day and absolutely amazing tour with so much added history of the Mayan culture, people and history. Filipe definitely is an AMAZING guide. The whole day (pickup at 7 am and return to resort at 5 pm) was perfect. Highly recommend this

Our guide Jesus and driver Carlos made our tour a fun and memorable experience. They took care of everything and even provided snacks and drinks for the ride. Jesus himself is a Mayan descendant and was kind enough to share his rich knowledge of the Mayan and Yucatan culture with us. If you're in the area and looking to do Chichen Itza, a cenote (we did Ik Kil, pictured), and Valladolid town, book this tour!
